2. Ensure all domestic properties and high rises are fully compliant in line with legislations
3. Key contact for the regulator and other stakeholders
4. Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date
5. Supporting the senior management team to provide key updates on performance

Key skills needed for the Building Safety Manager:
7. Experience in building safety, fire safety or overall compliance
8. Strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks
9. NEBOSH Fire or equivalent
10. Full UK Driving License
