Nord Anglia Education – the world’s leading private school’s organisation is recruiting a Group Head of Quality and School Performance. You will be joining the Education team in our London HQ.

London is our global headquarters where 200 colleagues across Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, Marketing, Admissions & Communications (MAC) and Education drive the success of our 80+ schools in 30+ countries.

Responsibilities

As Group Head of Quality and School Performance, you’ll lead global school improvement efforts to ensure high-quality education and strong student outcomes—key to achieving NAE’s vision. In this role, you’ll oversee:

* Leading our self-evaluation processes
* Reviewing, supporting and advising our schools on how they improve on a global scale
* Leading our work on education data and how we support schools to use it effectively to improve student outcomes
* Leading the education due diligence of potential acquisitions
* Leading the integration of new schools
* Advising other NAE functions on the quality of our schools
* And leading our work to support our schools to offer excellent career and college counselling and guidance.


Requirements

If you're an experienced leader in K–12 school improvement across international, for-profit networks, we encourage you to apply.

* Extensive experience as an educator in K-12 education.
* Experience working for an international, for-profit education company.
* Demonstrated expertise and track record in school improvement.
* Demonstrated experience in supporting organisations to change or adapt their approach(es)
* Strong knowledge of using education data to support student outcomes.
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships externally as well as across organisational and cultural boundaries.
