Hours: 7am-4:30pm - Flexibility required to work longer shifts for busy/peak production periods

Due to ambitious growth plans and a very strong order book they are looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join their production team in Middlesbrough.
You will be responsible for operating and maintaining die-cutting and slitting machines, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
No previous print or machine experience is required — full training will be provided
THE ROLE
You will operate die-cutting and slitting machines according to production schedules
Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent product quality
Carry out basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance
Inspect materials for defects and ensure finished products meet quality standards
Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment
Assist with material handling and other production tasks as required THE PERSON
No previous print or machine experience is required — full training will be provided
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently once trained
Basic mechanical aptitude is beneficial but not essential TO APPLY
