Overview
Customer Advisor – Decor Department at B&Q Evesham. Part‑time, 15 hours per week, 3‑month fixed‑term contract. Shifts Monday–Sunday, 7:00‑10:00. UK notional hourly rate £13.10 per hour (inclusive of a £0.54 store allowance).
Responsibilities
* Provide expert customer advice and support for home improvement projects.
* Maintain high standard of store presentation, including managing stock and setting up displays.
* Assist with sales activities, helping customers make purchase decisions.
* Use technology and learn new working methods to support customer service.
* Work as part of a team, including on a rotation that covers weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
* Apply paint‑mixing and timber cutting skills when trained.
