Parts Advisor Opportunity in Treforest
1. Salary: Up to £26,500 annual basic salary with a bonus worth £50/100/200 per month pending departmental performance.
2. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm - no weekends.

Our client, a well-known and reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership, requires an experienced and professional Parts Advisor to join their business as a result of business expansion.
You will report to the Group Parts Manager and work as part of a friendly team where your responsibilities shall include:
4. Sell parts via telesales channels such as the internet and telephone.
5. To receive all parts orders, accurately identify requirements and ensure that they are accurately and promptly picked and dispatched.
6. Accurately identified and processed customer parts requirements whilst maintaining a courteous and professional approach in a busy trade parts sales environment.
7. To be sales-oriented and target-driven to ensure successful parts growth.
8. To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.
To be eligible, you will ideally live within an easily commutable distance of Treforest. You will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally working with car vehicle parts; however, our client is also very interested in Parts Advisors from a motor factor background. You will also need to be IT literate, given that you will work daily with a dealer management system (Pinnacle) and an electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.
