We’re looking for a highly commercial and strategic CRM Manager to take full ownership of our customer relationship strategy — driving measurable business growth and deepening engagement across our customer base.
This isn’t a typical marketing execution role. You’ll sit at the heart of our commercial strategy, designing data-driven engagement models, leveraging marketing automation (Pardot), and using customer insights to accelerate acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
As the CRM Manager, you’ll be the architect behind how we engage, nurture, and convert our customers — ensuring our CRM is not just a tool, but a key driver of revenue and market impact.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Own the CRM Strategy: Develop and execute a customer engagement roadmap that directly supports commercial goals.
✅ Data-Driven Targeting: Use customer insights and segmentation to deliver personalised, high-impact communications.
✅ Campaign Leadership: Design, automate, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
✅ Customer Retention: Build loyalty and retention programmes that reward engagement and reduce churn.
✅ Technology & Analytics: Take full ownership of Pardot – ensuring automation excellence, reporting accuracy, and GDPR compliance.
✅ Performance Reporting: Track and report on key metrics like CLV, retention, conversion velocity, and campaign ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing (MBA in Marketing preferred)
✔️ 5+ years’ experience in CRM or marketing operations roles within B2B, healthcare, or similar complex sectors
✔️ Hands-on Pardot expertise (or similar automation platforms like HubSpot/Marketo)
✔️ Proven track record of developing CRM strategies that deliver commercial outcomes
✔️ Strong data and segmentation skills, with the ability to turn insight into action
✔️ In-depth knowledge of GDPR compliance in CRM and marketing contexts
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Experience with Salesforce CRM integration (advantageous)
✔️ Commercially minded, analytical, and entrepreneurial — with a “sleeves-rolled-up” attitude
