We are recruiting a resilient HLTA to support a PRU in Ferryhill, working with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

Your Daily Responsibilities
* Leading intervention sessions focused on behaviour, literacy, or numeracy
* Supporting students in managing challenging behaviour
* Covering lessons and maintaining a structured classroom environment
* Supporting individual learning plans and EHCP targets
* De-escalating situations and promoting positive outcomes
* Liaising with staff to track student progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
