We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee cost management, including preparing and maintaining applications for payment and final accounts.
* Review and analyse contract documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Procure and manage subcontractors, handling negotiations, on-site management, and final accounts.
* Provide commercial and contractual support to senior management and project teams.
* Prepare accurate internal cost reports and forecasts.
* Identify and prepare claims to secure contractual entitlements.
* Participate in construction programme development and manage commercial correspondence.
* Represent the company professionally in meetings, promoting positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
