Seven education is looking for a passionate and committed Secondary School Teacher to join our team in Southampton, Hampshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment in the classroom. The teacher should be able to teach a range of subjects in line with the national curriculum.
The rate of pay is £250 Per Day.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners.
– Deliver high-quality lessons that inspire, challenge and engage students.
– Create a positive and safe learning environment that enables students to reach their full potential.
– Assess and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents and guardians.
– Manage the behaviour of pupils effectively to ensure a calm and productive learning environment.
– Attend staff meetings and training as required.
– Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects.
– Undertake administrative tasks associated with teaching, such as maintaining records and preparing reports.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
– Experience in teaching at KS3 and KS4 level.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Good organisational and time-management skills.
– Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
– Good ICT skills and ability to use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
