We are seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering compassionate support.
Must have:
* Care work experience to a senior level.
* Meds trained
* Care qualifications and training.
* Enhanced DBS.
* References.
* Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eating.
* Support residents with mobility and physical activities.
* Maintain accurate care records and assist in the development of care plans.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
* Provide emotional support to residents and promote their independence.
* Assist in the organisation of recreational activities for residents.
* Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting is desirable.
* Ability to create and implement care plans effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Familiarity with working in a care home environment.
* Fluency in English language.
* Providing care: 2 years (required).
* NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred).
