Become a Team Manager and Lead Our Field Operations
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TeamManager to take charge of our field-based team. In this pivotal role, youwill be responsible for managing and controlling your team's activities,ensuring the successful delivery of specific KPI targets. This is a hands-on,field-based position where you'll provide technical leadership and inspire aclear vision for your team's success.
You will be the driving force behind the implementation andmonitoring of our agreed-upon targets and objectives. Your priority will be toensure company policies are followed and that the highest level of service isdelivered to our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* FieldManagement: You will manage the day-to-day field activity of yourteam, ensuring strict adherence to all Health & Safety policies andprocedures.
* PerformanceMonitoring: Conduct regular audits to monitor team performance andactivity across various projects, including HFC, FTTP, Cut and Case,PIA, and small civils.
* TeamDevelopment: You'll be responsible for the seamless implementation ofnew recruits and trainees into your team, handling all related HRduties with support from the wider business.
* OperationalOversight: Manage daily completion rates and ensure that bothcustomers and clients are kept fully informed and updated.
* ReputationManagement: Uphold our company's image and maintain a professionalreputation at all times when interacting with clients and their customers.
* IssueResolution: Promptly resolve any issues raised by your team membersand escalate matters outside your remit as appropriate.
* CustomerService: Ensure all complaints are addressed quickly and efficiently,minimising customer and client inconvenience and confirming a satisfactoryresolution for every case.
