What's the job?
1. Support theimplementation, optimisation, and reportingof paid social and display campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and DSP platforms
2. Create campaigns and manage day-to-day execution and optimisation with a focus on direct-response objectives such as ROAS and revenue.
3. Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag issues or identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with the creative and supplier teams to ensuretimely delivery of assets
5. Assist in preparingpost-campaign analysis, highlighting actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
6. Help develop data-led campaign proposals andperformance-focused media plansin response to briefs.
7. Keep abreast of trends and innovations in display and paid social, helping drive continuous testing and optimisation.
8. Contribute tobudget tracking, campaign pacing, and support with general administrative tasks.
9. Support the Display and Social Leads with the strategic plan and implement a testing roadmap
What we need:
10. 2 years’ experience in a hands-on paid social role
11. Proven experience using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and ideally DSP tools too
12. Strong analytical mindset – confident working with Excel or other data tools to evaluate campaign performance
13. Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills
14. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to deliver the best experience for our customers
15. Effective communicator and strong team player with a commercial mindset
