Job Description:
We are a small, supportive community care team providing person-centred support to adults in the Tamworth and Lichfield areas. We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join us on a permanent part-time basis.
This role involves supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community. Duties may include personal care, attending appointments, social support, and promoting independence.

Hours:
* Tuesday to Friday: approx. 9:30am – 2:00/2:30pm
* One evening per week: approx. 5:00pm – 10:00pm
* Alternate weekends
We provide consistent hours and regular clients.

* £12.21 per hour
* Paid travel time between visits
* Mileage paid at 30p per mile
* Permanent, guaranteed contract

* All clients are local — no long-distance driving or rushed rounds

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable
* Able to commit to the working pattern listed above
* Role subject to DBS check and two references
