Are you an organised and welcoming administrator who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly?
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and detail-focused Office Administrator to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is an important role at the heart of our organisation, providing essential day-to-day administrative support and helping to ensure our office operates efficiently and professionally.
About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for telephone, email and in-person enquiries, offering a warm and professional service to colleagues, partners and visitors. You will support general office administration, maintain accurate records and systems, and assist with the preparation of materials and resources for training sessions and events.
You will also play a key role in supporting our ongoing digitalisation work, helping to migrate documents into digital systems and maintain accurate information within our CRM. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, methodical work and wants to contribute to improving systems and processes.
Key aspects of the role include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries
2. Managing office systems, post, supplies and shared spaces
3. Preparing printed packs and resources for events and delivery teams
4. Supporting digital systems and CRM updates
5. Assisting with meeting and event coordination, documentation and general administrative tasks
6. Maintaining secure, accurate records in line with GDPR
About You
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has experience providing administrative support in an office environment
2. Is confident and professional when handling telephone enquiries
3. Is competent in Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
4. Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
5. Is comfortable using digital systems and learning new platforms
6. Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Experience with CRM systems, digitalisation projects, or working within a school, charity or small business environment would be advantageous.
Most importantly, you will be friendly, calm, reliable and take pride in maintaining an organised and welcoming office environment.
