SEN / Primary School Recruitment Resourcer - Remedy Education - London Remedy Education is looking for a driven and ambitious SEN / Primary School Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing education recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organised, and passionate about working within education recruitment. You will be supporting our SEN and Primary desk by sourcing high-quality candidates for schools across London, with a particular focus on Teaching Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Primary Teachers, SEN Teachers and school support staff. Remedy Education works closely with schools across London, supporting mainstream, primary, secondary, SEN, PRU and alternative provision settings. Our SEN division focuses on placing passionate and skilled candidates into schools supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, communication needs and complex learning needs. The Role: Sourcing candidates for SEN and Primary school roles across London Speaking with candidates over the phone and building strong relationships Writing job adverts and posting roles across job boards Screening CVs and matching candidates to suitable school vacancies Booking candidates in for registrations and interviews Supporting consultants with availability checks, compliance updates and candidate management Maintaining regular contact with candidates to understand availability, location, experience and role preferences Helping build a strong pipeline of reliable education staff for long-term, supply and permanent roles The Ideal Candidate Will: Be confident speaking to people over the phone Have strong communication and organisation skills Be proactive, resilient and target-driven Have a genuine interest in education, SEN or recruitment Be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Have good attention to detail Be able to build rapport quickly with candidates Have recruitment, sales, customer service or education experience, although full training can be provided The Role Offers: Full training and ongoing support Clear progression into a Recruitment Consultant role A busy and established SEN / Primary education desk Uncapped commission opportunities Supportive team environment The chance to work within a meaningful sector supporting schools and vulnerable pupils This role would suit someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment, particularly within the SEN and education sector.
