1. Temp to Perm Role
2. 4 day working week - Monday to Thursday 06:00 – 16:15
3. Overtime available paid at time ¼ for the first 4 hours and time ½ for the remaining shift
4. 40-hour contractual weeks
5. £13/hour
6. Once permanent 25 days leave + Bank holidays
THE BUSINESS

THE ROLE
7. Load raw materials onto the machine bed and secure them properly
8. Input, edit, and adjust CNC programs as required
9. Select and change cutting tools, bits, and attachments
10. Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality
11. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances
12. Maintain a safe and organised work environment
13. Follow health and safety procedures at all times
THE PERSON
14. Proven experience operating CNC router machines within a woodworking or joinery environment
15. Experience working with timber, MDF, plywood, laminates, and composite boards
16. Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists
17. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
18. Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production deadlines
19. Able to work independently and as part of a team
20. Good communication skills
21. Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads
