About the role:
Due to maternity leave, we have a 12-month Fixed Term opportunity for an established HR Business Partner to join NFU Mutual, Which? Insurance Brand of the Year 2024. You will collaborate with a team of 200 HR colleagues and the wider business to identify people-related priorities aligned with our strategy and KBIs, leading various HR projects and initiatives within an assigned business area. Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with the Strategic HR Business Partner to provide a strategic HR service with divisional accountability.
* Lead on planning and executing HR projects such as talent management, engagement, organisational change, and development.
* Deliver tailored HR advice, insights, and analysis to drive impactful change.
* Support the development of best practice documentation and processes for key people activities.
* Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence, Strategic HR Business Partners, and HR Consultants to enhance service delivery and share business insights.
About you:
You are a highly effective communicator with exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills. Discretion and the ability to build trusted relationships are essential. You should have:
* Experience as a strategic HR Business Partner within Financial Services.
* Experience in organisational change and talent development.
* Knowledge of HR functions such as talent acquisition, reward, performance management, culture, organisational development, and HR compliance.
* Proven ability to translate HR strategy into actionable divisional people plans.
* Experience managing multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
* Strong consulting skills, including needs assessment, problem-solving, and project management.
* A full UK driving license, as some travel may be required.
