Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Commercial Coordinator to join an established Facilities Management & Building Services team. This role is central to providing contractual and commercial support, ensuring strong governance, risk management, and tender/bid documentation within FM operations.
â The Role
As a key member of the commercial team, you will:
* Analyse and assess existing and upcoming FM and maintenance contracts.
* Provide commercial and contractual support to operations and senior management.
* Lead on commercial processes, procedures, and strategy within the division.
* Conduct contract reviews, risk assessments, and liaise directly with clients.
* Review tender documentation, bonds, warranties, and guarantees.
* Develop and track KPIs and benchmarking data.
* Build strong relationships with finance and procurement functions.
* Support bid preparation and tender submissions.

To be successful, you will bring:
1. Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services Maintenance.
2. Strong background in Commercial / Procurement / Contract administration.
3. Knowledge of JCT, NEC3, NEC4 contracts.
