Logistics Coordinator role at Top 10 USA. A fantastic opportunity to join a leading distribution machinery packaging company in the UK. We are seeking an organized and proactive Service/Logistics Coordinator to support a busy team of engineers. You will be the key person managing service orders, scheduling planned maintenance, tracking parts and purchasing, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless end-to-end process.
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Hybrid Working: 1–2 days WFH after training
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, negotiable pension

Key Responsibilities
* Be the main point of contact for engineers regarding jobs, parts, and schedules
* Manage and prioritise service orders, including re-bookings and reactive changes
* Liaise with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, purchasing, customer service)
* Ensure planned maintenance is scheduled and followed up correctly
* Track the movement and availability of parts to avoid delays
* Maintain accurate records in the system and support service reporting
Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience in a coordination or service admin role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to stay calm and manage priorities under pressure
* Good IT skills – comfortable using service/order management systems
* Confident working with multiple teams and managing expectations
