The Company
* A dynamic, innovative, global manufacturer, supplying technical products to a wide variety of customers and sectors.
* Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced B2B Customer Service & Sales Advisor - although a 3 month contract initially, this company recognises ability, talent and potential and the position may become permanent.
The Role
* Join my client's dynamic team as their new B2B Customer Service & Sales Advisor, playing a crucial role in the successful delivery of exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations.
* As my client's new B2B Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will be handling all incoming calls relating to services, orders and complaints, requests for quotations and queries on invoices. Building strong relations with customers by understanding their needs and future goals, you will provide exceptional customer support, engaging with customers using telephone, Web chats, mail and social media.
* Proactive in identifying opportunities to create leads and passing to the relevant Account Manager.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
* Assisting customers with Webshop browsing and orders.
* Completing administrative tasks, quotations, order/return processing, discounts/price maintenance and reporting.
* Build value focused relationships with customers.
The Candidate
* To be considered for the role of B2B Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will need to be experienced in Business To Business customer service and sales and relationship management.
* You will have excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills and be self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
* Working in a fast-paced sales environment comes naturally to you, as does overcoming objections, whilst still delivering excellent customer service.
* Solution-oriented, efficient and ability to work independently
* You will be self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm and be results driven and energetic, with a can-do attitude.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and affinity with other software programs.
* Good commercial awareness.
