To join our friendly and dedicated team in Cambridge.
About the Role:As a Mobile Caretaker, you'll be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of multiple sites across Cambridge. You'll travel between locations, ensuring communal areas, grounds, and facilities are clean, safe, and in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks, including gardening
Report and assist with repairs and health & safety issues
Conduct regular site inspections
Support waste management and recycling efforts
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and management teams
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsWhat We're Looking For:
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyVehicle & Equipment:A company van and uniform will be provided.
