This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months.
What Youll Do: Job duties
* Assist qualified scaffolders with the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures including Pasma,
* Load, unload and transport scaffolding materials and equipment around site
* Always follow instructions from supervisors and experienced scaffolders
* Ensure scaffolding components are used correctly and stored safely
* Carry out basic checks on equipment before use
* Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area in the yard and on site,
* Comply with all health and safety regulations and site rules
* Wear and look after personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Attend apprenticeship training, college days or assessments as required
* Develop skills and knowledge in line with apprenticeship standards
* On-the-job training with experienced scaffolders
* Regular assessments to build skills and progress through apprenticeship levels
* Opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications
