Our client is a London based consultancy firm who are looking to hire an exceptional EA to support their CEO. With previous C-suite experience you will be a proactive team player, able to act autonomously and be a true right-hand support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Working directly with the CEO and other members of the SLT you will not only be managing the CEO’s day to day, but also working with them on a strategic level, making sure business priorities are being met and assisting with special projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Full diary and calendar management
* Managing the CEO’s mailbox
* Acting as the main point of contact for the CEO
* Prepare meeting agendas and action points
* Attending meetings, taking minutes and following up
* Supporting the leadership team with special projects
* Line managing a junior PA
WHO YOU ARE
As an experienced EA you will have demonstrated your ability to support a C-suite level, with a strong business awareness and the ability to see the big picture and help deliver the companies strategy. You will take pride in your work and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’re trusted to make decisions. You will be able to build relationships across the business with people from a range of backgrounds, acting as a representative of the CEO at all times.
Requirements:
* Experience supporting at C-suite
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience supporting at Board level, writing minutes and collating board packs
