About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Family Support Worker to join our team. This role is central to building strong relationships with families, supporting them through challenges, and helping children achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide practical and emotional support to families. Work with families to improve attendance, punctuality and engagement. Act as a deputy safeguarding lead for family-related concerns. Coordinate Early Help assessments and multi-agency support. Deliver parent workshops and signpost families to local services.
