We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to providing excellent administrative support.
The attic creations is an creative business, we design and make products ranges from greetings cards and gift to toys and textiles, aross wholesale and retail. We are a team of designer makers and aim to always over deliver on unique designs, details and quality, thoughtful people who love to give. We currently supply a number of UK and overseas gift shops and retailers.

Wholesale Account Administrator
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem solving skills. you should be resourceful, analytical, attention to details and well organised, with ability to bulid rapport with clients.
Responsibilities:
-Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product and company value. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients based on trust and respect.
-Creating customer orders, setting up wholesale account and manage order fulfillment.
* Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behavior. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate more sales.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
-Organising and managing company daily tasks when needed.
Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers
- Excellent knowledge with Excel, Words.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree in Adminastration, sales, communcation, English or related field.
At least one years experience in similar roles. Similar industry preferred.
More experience may be preferred.
