We are working in partnership with inclusive and nurturing primary schools in Kettering, Northamptonshire, who are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants. These schools genuinely value their support staff and the vital role they play in students’ development.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Support pupils with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
* Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
Qualifications
* Has experience with SEND (personal or professional)
* Demonstrates patience, empathy, and consistency
* Builds strong relationships and trust quickly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
