Reports to: Care Coordinator / Home Care Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll:
• Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients’ home.
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs.
• Represent the care service with professionalism and pride.
Skills and Attributes
• A caring, patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence.
