Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader who can lead, inspire and motivate a team to join our welcoming Cooplands bakery. Our Retail Team Leaders are responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not around; Team Leaders are our Store Managers’ right-hand person.
You are second in command and play a key part in ensuring the team operates smoothly. You strive to promote sales and increase profitability while making sure customers leave feeling satisfied. Leading and engaging the team is your focus, as well as getting involved with food preparation, store cleanliness and serving our loyal customers.
Responsibilities
Lead the team in the absence of the Manager; act as the Store Manager’s right-hand person. Promote sales, improve profitability, maintain store cleanliness, assist with food preparation, and ensure excellent customer service. Manage day-to-day operations to keep the store running smoothly and safely.

Requirements
If you have team leader experience that is great; we would love for you to apply. If you have experience within hospitality/retail and feel ready to step into a managerial role, we are interested in speaking with you.
Our shift patterns run from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm; however we can be flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
