What you will do
* Provide specialist pharmaceutical care to mental health patients.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Conduct medication reviews and manage pharmaceutical interventions.
* Offer advice and guidance on medication management and safety.
* Ensure compliance with legal and professional standards.
* Support hospital dispensary operations as required.
Requirements
* GPhC registered Pharmacist.
* Minimum of two years of mental health experience.
* Car driver preferred to facilitate travel between sites.
* Strong communication and multidisciplinary team-working skills.
