Job Description Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) – Nursing Home As a Deputy Nurse Manager you will support the day-to-day delivery of safe, consistent nursing and dementia care. You will share the clinical leadership, staff support, and responsibility for maintaining standards alongside the Home Manager. The role is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of up to £56,500.
