MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum 4 years of management experience in support or service delivery.
2. Experience working with hospitality products including PMS and Spa systems; management experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
3. Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams.
4. Free to travel extensively and for extended periods of time.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
5. Ensure delivery of support/implementation to hotels, restaurants, spas, and fitness clubs across the region
6. Managing the service delivery team in your region, recruiting and training service delivery specialists, to ensure that customer services are delivered with the highest quality.
7. Setting and implementing customer service delivery standards, to achieve a consistent and excellent support service level.
8. Ensure that we maintain sufficiently skilled resources as needed, and promote new revenue opportunities for HRS.
9. Client relationship management, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with products and services by HRS. Representation of the HRS’ interests in your region.
10. Assisting with sales and marketing activities, attracting new clients, and business development in your area
