Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - London At Third Space, FP&A is a strategic partner to the business. This role plays a crucial role in shaping strategy, uncovering opportunities, and driving performance across the organisation. This is an integral role within our finance team reporting into the Head of FP&A, working closely with senior leadership and with oversight over the full business. What You'll Do Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with functional heads to develop, review and analyse budgets and forecasts Support delivery of long-range planning Build a deep understanding of the business, key drivers and financial model Proactively provide analysis and insights to support performance management, highlighting and managing risks and opportunities Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership - delivering actionable insights to support decision-making, drive financial performance and enhance member experience Prepare business cases to support investments and business initiatives, including ROI analysis, sensitivity analysis and post-investment appraisals Manage long-term cash flow forecasting to support financial planning and resource allocation Aid in the implementation and enhancement of financial systems, ensuring data integrity and automation Develop and mentor the FP&A Analyst, helping to enhance capability within the team What You'll Bring Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Proven experience in FP&A roles, ideally in a multi-site business Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a commercial mindset and strong business acumen Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-comfortable collaborating across all levels of the organisation Data-Driven & Action-Oriented
