Role Overview
The Treasury Analyst will support EMEA Treasury infrastructure operations within a complex, multinational environment. This role focuses on executing banking structure changes, maintaining cash pooling frameworks, enhancing regional cash forecasting capabilities, and partnering with business units across EMEA to solve operational challenges and identify value‑add opportunities.
Working as part of a five‑person treasury analyst team (two in Poland, two in India), you’ll contribute to operational delivery while serving as a trusted partner to finance teams and business stakeholders across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Banking Structure & Operations
* Execute approved changes to EMEA banking structure and six cash pools in line with regional treasury banking strategy
* Support implementation of account migrations, pool reconfigurations, and inter‑company flow changes
* Enhance funding and cash repatriation through optimisation of existing cash pool setups and banking structures
* Oversee bank account administration including openings, closures, signatory updates, and KYC documentation
Account Management & Control Framework
* Implement control processes to ensure complete and accurate static data for all bank accounts and reconciliation against TMS (Kyriba)
* Proactively identify and resolve failed payments, investigating root causes and coordinating resolutions
* Reconcile user access within bank portals, ensuring alignment with organisational changes and signatory requirements
* Reconcile bank accounts with bank statements and ERP systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies
* Perform periodic bank account and user audits (quarterly, semi‑annually, annually)
Cash Forecasting & Analytics
* Develop and enhance short‑term and medium‑term cash forecasting capabilities across EMEA utilising AI and TMS
* Analyse forecast variances, identify trends, and provide insights to support liquidity planning
* Collaborate with regional finance teams and technology teams to improve forecast accuracy and expand coverage
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
* Serve as trusted partner to EMEA finance teams, country controllers, and business stakeholders
* Proactively identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in cash and treasury processes
* Problem‑solve operational challenges developing practical solutions that balance business needs with treasury objectives
* Identify and present value‑add opportunities such as process optimisations and enhanced cash visibility
* Support business units during organisational changes, acquisitions, or restructures
* Work collaboratively with fellow treasury analysts ensuring seamless coverage across time zones
* Serve as operational contact with regional banking partners for account administration and day‑to‑day matters
Treasury Systems & Technology
* Maintain and support the Treasury Management System (TMS) including configurations, user access, and data integrity
* Serve as point of contact for TMS troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors and IT teams
* Manage bank platform user administration, access provisioning, and periodic reviews
* Identify automation opportunities and support implementation of approved solutions and document standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
Education & Certifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* Treasury certification (ACT, CTP, or equivalent) preferred
Technical Expertise
* Practical experience with cash pooling operations (physical and notional), cash centralisation, and sweeping
* Experience in cash forecasting and variance analysis
* Treasury management system administration experience (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, Reval)
* Bank platform administration, user management, and payment systems knowledge
* ERP systems proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
* Familiarity with KYC requirements and automation tools
Professional Experience
* 3‑5 years Treasury operations or cash management experience in a multinational corporate environment
* Proven business partnering and stakeholder engagement across regional finance teams
* Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
* Experience working in geographically distributed teams
