We are seeking smart and presentable Receptionists and experienced Administrators to work on a temporary basis in the Bolton area. We have a variety of clients in the automotive, logistic and manufacturing sector. Paying an hourly rate of £ per hour, with benefits including weekly pay, flexible work and the opportunity to gain added experience on your CV.
What will you be doing as a Receptionist?
1. Being the first point of call for all visitors
2. Signing visitors in and out of the office and directing them
3. Managing the room booking system
4. General administration and ad hoc duties for example dealing with the post
5. Making refreshments

6. Previous receptionist or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
7. Must be smart and presentable

9. Excellent telephone manner
10. Confident in dealing with a range of clients
