The Role
As Curriculum Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing and maintaining engaging learning programmes for adult learners. You will ensure all curriculum content is relevant, high quality and aligned with both industry needs and adult learning best practice.
Key responsibilities include:

Designing, developing and implementing new courses and diplomas

Reviewing, updating and maintaining existing curriculum content
*
Writing, editing and quality-assuring learning materials and assessments
*
Leading and contributing to instructional design discussions
*
Collaborating with internal teams, franchise partners and content providers
*
Ensuring curriculum meets organisational standards and quality frameworks
*
Supporting engaging digital learning experiences across online platforms
Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced curriculum professional with a passion for adult learning and content excellence.
You will ideally have:

Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design or learning content creation
*
A strong understanding of adult education principles and best practice

Excellent written communication and editing skills
*
Experience working with digital learning platforms or online delivery
*
The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
*
Confidence working independently while engaging a wide range of stakeholders
