Key Responsibilities
* Health, Safety & Compliance: Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day health and safety management on site.
* Maintain safe working practices, including segregation, access control, dust, noise, and protection of occupied areas.
* Programme & Site Management: Manage and control the day‑to‑day running of the site.
* Supervise and work alongside site operatives and subcontractors.
* Labour, Materials & Housekeeping: Deliver and monitor high‑quality workmanship in line with drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site labour.
Experience & Qualifications
* Joinery Background
* SSSTS/SMSTS Qualification
* First Aid
* CSCS Card
* Any other relevant qualifications
