Marketing Manager

REED Marketing & Creative are delighted to be working with a well-established B2B organisation based in Pershore who are looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager. This is a pivotal role within the business, offering the opportunity to shape marketing activity, lead campaigns that deliver commercial results, and play a key role in supporting continued growth.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support overall business growth objectives.
What you will be doing:
* Supporting the Head of Marketing in translating business objectives into clear, actionable marketing activity
* Leading the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
* Managing and mentoring a Marketing Assistant
* Driving lead generation and nurturing activity to support the sales pipeline
* Playing a key role in launching new in-house solutions to market
* Creating and overseeing engaging content, including blogs, case studies and thought leadership pieces
* Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
* Managing digital performance across SEO, paid media, email and social channels
* Analysing campaign and website performance to continually improve ROI
* Organising and delivering events such as trade shows, webinars and industry activity
* Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver results
Experience required:
* A proven marketing professional with at least 5 years’ experience, including time in a senior or management-level role
* Strong experience across digital marketing channels and tools (such as Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar platforms)
* A confident communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders across the business
* A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and turn them into action
* Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once
* Experience using AI tools to support marketing activity
Desirable but not essential:
* Background in B2B and/or technology-focused environments
* Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms
* A strong content and brand storytelling skillset
