Are you passionate about driving equipment reliability and optimizing maintenance strategies? Join us as a Reliability Engineer and play a key role in improving asset performance, supporting continuous improvement, and promoting best practices across our operations.
How You Will Make An Impact
* Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and performance by applying best practices in maintenance engineering and leveraging STADA's reliability processes.
* Define and support site maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods aligned with asset criticality and budget requirements.
* Validate and optimize new or modified equipment for reliability, maintainability, and documentation compliance.
* Lead reliability-focused activities using CMMS data, including root cause analysis, FMECA, criticality evaluations, and condition monitoring.
* Support development and optimization of maintenance plans, spare parts classification, and system data within CMMS.
* Coach and guide maintenance and engineering teams in using reliability tools and solving complex breakdown issues.
* Monitor KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance costs to drive performance improvements and asset lifecycle optimization.
* Champion a culture of Asset Care, TPM, and continuous improvement through audits, benchmarking, and implementation of technical standards.
What We Are Looking For
* Degree in Engineering (MEng, BEng, BSc or equivalent) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a design or maintenance environment.
* Strong technical expertise in Facilities, Manufacturing, and Packaging equipment.
* Solid understanding of equipment failure characteristics, degradation patterns, and core reliability principles.
* Proficient in maintenance strategies and knowledgeable in selecting appropriate technical approaches.
* Skilled in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CMMS platforms.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in reliability tools such as FMECA, RCM, FRACAS, RCFA, and KPI management.
* Effective communicator, particularly in training and coaching technical teams.
* Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable.
