Salary: £33,000 per annum (£55k pro rata) Hours: 22 hours per week (3 days, 7.5 hours per day) – Monday to Friday

My Client currently has a role in theirspecialist multidisciplinary facility supporting individuals with mild to moderate learning disabilities and autism. We are looking for an experienced Lead Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to join our team and make a real difference in patient care.
Lead and support a team of 3 SALTs (Lead, Senior, and Assistant).
Provide clinical care and interventions for patients with learning disabilities and autism.
Deliver assessments and treatment plans, with opportunities to develop CPD skills in autism and ADHD assessments.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists and RMNs.
Report to the Director of Clinical Services, with clinical supervision from the Head/Director of Therapies.
Full availability across Monday to Friday.
