The Role
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Compliance Officer to oversee compliance, quality assurance, and health & safety across our ECO-funded and energy efficiency projects. The successful candidate will ensure CRS Energy maintains the highest standards in line with PAS 2030:2023, PAS 2035, TrustMark, and ECO scheme requirements.
This role requires someone with a strong compliance background, excellent knowledge of the ECO framework, and a practical understanding of health & safety management in the retrofit / energy efficiency sector.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure full compliance with PAS 2030:2023, PAS 2035, TrustMark requirements, and ECO scheme standards.
* Monitor and manage internal audit processes, compliance reporting, and quality assurance checks.
* Conduct on-site health & safety inspections and risk assessments, ensuring safe working practices across all projects.
* Develop and maintain health & safety policies, procedures, and training programmes.
* Provide compliance guidance to installation teams, retrofit assessors, and coordinators.
* Liaise with accreditation bodies, scheme providers, and regulatory organisations on compliance matters.
* Investigate and resolve any non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
* Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records for auditing purposes.

Skills & Experience Required
* Strong understanding of PAS 2030:2023 and PAS 2035 compliance frameworks.
* Knowledge of ECO4 scheme and TrustMark requirements.
* Proven experience in a health & safety/compliance role within the energy efficiency, construction, or utilities sector.
* NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (preferred).
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and reporting skills.
* Ability to influence and communicate effectively with installation teams, managers, and external stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to identifying risks and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
