The Role:
As a Project Architect, you will oversee projects from early concept to completion, ensuring design integrity, technical accuracy, and effective coordination. Your responsibilities include:
1. Leading projects across RIBA Stages 1-6
2. Developing design concepts into detailed technical packages
3. Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities
4. Managing project timelines and delivering on schedule
5. Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and standards
6. Utilizing Revit as a core design and documentation tool
Candidate Profile:
We seek a proactive, hands-on individual with strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and collaborative skills. You should have:
* ARB registration (essential)
* Experience working within a UK architectural practice
* Proficiency in Revit (essential)
* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Ability to handle multiple projects confidently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for sustainable, high-quality architecture
