Join Us as a Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the shop in the absence of the Store Manager, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to succeed. Our services include in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru, and you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences both in-store and online.
Typical Shift Responsibilities
1. Inspire the team to achieve great results and uphold high standards
2. Lead by example, serving customers quickly and courteously
3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Maintain fully stocked displays with a variety of options
5. Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable

About You
You should be reliable, demonstrate natural leadership, and have a passion for exceptional customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, you value diversity.
