Your Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding client relationships. Your mission is to uncover new opportunities, build strong connections, and showcase our market-leading services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and networking
* Build and nurture strong client relationships with both new and existing customers
* Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that reflect our high standards and technical capabilities
* Attend industry events and conferences to represent the business and develop partnerships
* Collaborate closely with our leadership team to refine marketing strategies and growth initiatives
* Support the creation and management of content for social media and marketing campaigns
* Work towards (and exceed) clearly defined sales and engagement targets
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for growth and innovation.
* Proven ability in sales, marketing, or client engagement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with presentations and pitching in person and virtually
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and driven by results
* IT literate with excellent writing and research skills
* Strategic mindset with an eye for opportunities
* Willing to travel between sites and attend events as needed
* Previous experience in business development, preferably in construction or surveying
* Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing or related fields
* Understanding of surveying or construction principles
* Full, clean UK driving licence

Working Pattern
