Description Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures across the organisation. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement. Provide training and guidance on health and safety practices to staff and stakeholders. Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics. Investigate accidents and incidents, providing recommendations to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to ensure safe working environments. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to health and safety activities.Profile A successful Health & Safety professional should have: A relevant qualification or certification in health and safety management. Must have a good knowledge of CDM regulations Must have a good knowledge of ISO 45001 Experience working within the not-for-profit or Facilities Management sector. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
