Are you a creative marketing professional who loves building brands, telling stories and engaging audiences? We're looking for a Brand, Communications & Marketing Manager to join Leicester Students' Union on a 12-month maternity cover contract . You'll lead our brand, communications and marketing activity, helping us engage and connect with over 20,000 students whilst supporting our mission to help students Thrive, Belong and Succeed. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll lead our creative and digital content function, oversee impactful campaigns and communications, and help shape how students experience and engage with the Students' Union. What you'll be doing: Leading the Students' Union's brand, communications and marketing strategy Managing and developing our creative and digital content team Driving student engagement through innovative campaigns and communications Supporting major projects including Freshers', elections, awards and student-led campaigns Working closely with elected officers and colleagues to bring our strategic goals to life About you We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the development and delivery of compelling, insight-led campaigns that enhance the University of Leicester’s reputation and impact. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative professional who can shape and elevate our brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all communication channels.
