Job Title: Legal Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator seeking the next step in your career? Do you have the confidence to take charge and ensure smooth operations? Join Elysium Healthcare as a Legal Administrator.

As a Legal Administrator, you will handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. You will be the first point of contact for many requests, assessing priorities, taking detailed messages, and redirecting urgent matters appropriately.

With previous experience in a similar role and strong organisational, communication, and time management skills, you can enjoy a rewarding career with available training opportunities to help achieve your aspirations.

This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for maternity cover.


Responsibilities:

1. Understand the healthcare sector
2. Create and manage packs for meetings
3. Type letters and amend agreements
4. Handle calls and take messages
5. Manage diaries and set up meetings
6. Coordinate signatures
7. Photocopy and file documents
8. Perform general administrative tasks
