Compensation & Benefits Manager
Location: South Cambridgeshire (Hybrid – min. 2 days/week on site)
Contract Type: Full or part-time hours
Salary: Up to £80,000 + 10% discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
We’re looking for a confident, experienced, and proactive Compensation & Benefits Manager to join a growing organisation.
This is a standalone role, reporting directly to the HR Director and working closely with the CFO.
You’ll be stepping into a dynamic, international scale-up environment with teams across the UK, USA and Europe (c.110 employees). This is a rare opportunity to develop, own, and lead the entire C&B function globally—driving strategic initiatives while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all global compensation & benefits programs, including sales incentive plans, company bonus schemes, and salary benchmarking.
2. Partner with outsourced providers in the USA and across international regions to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processes.
3. Validate UK payroll reports (input handled by HR Admin) and check outsourced US payrolls.
