Role: PAM Consultant (Consultant / Specialist)
Location: London
Travel/Mobility Requirement: Flexibility to travel to client site where required
Please note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this role, which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.
Responsibilities
* Architect and design PAM solutions: Develop and implement a robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) architecture tailored to the organization’s needs, including policies, processes, and tools for managing privileged accounts and access.
* Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of PAM solutions, such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or other relevant technologies, ensuring they are properly integrated with existing IT infrastructure.
* Risk assessment and management: Conduct regular risk assessments related to privileged access, identifying potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and developing mitigation strategies.
* Governance and compliance: Ensure that PAM solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA, and develop and enforce PAM policies and standards across the organization.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT security, with at least 3 years focused on Privileged Access Management.
* Proven experience with PAM solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.
* Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their specific PAM requirements.

* Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), security frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
* Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for PAM tasks.

* Strong communication and documentation skills.
