Technical Manager – Residential Developer - Construction Sector Up to £75,000 Package | Hybrid Working A well-established and growing housing developer is seeking a Technical Manager to join their team, covering projects across Hampshire and Berkshire. This is a key hire driven by a strong development pipeline and increased project demand. This role would suit an experienced Technical Manager or a Senior Technical Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll be working across multiple construction sites, taking full ownership of housing schemes from planning and design through to delivery and completion.
