What We Are Looking For:
* Assessing and Training Qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CiLD)
* Experience in teaching, coaching, assessing, or presenting to adult groups
* Passionate, adaptable, and engaging individuals
* Ownership of a car with insurance for business use (mileage paid) or access to suitable public/private transport
* An enhanced DBS check is required
About the Role:
* Deliver training courses and conduct assessments professionally and consistently as per organisational standards
* Maintain your professional competence according to organisational requirements
* Handle building security, venue opening/closing, and lone working
* Collaborate with staff, casual workers, and volunteers to uphold high standards
* Pilot new training initiatives when needed
* Complete and submit course documentation accurately and promptly
